Rule 5 - The Association Headquarters

The qualifications for appointment of Commissioners of the Association Headquarters are: (a)
Chief Commissioner
Age Limits - Minimum: Forty years Maximum: On reaching the sixty-fifth birthday. Qualifications – The Chief Commissioner shall be a Wood Badge holder, and shall possess other qualifications in respect of Scouting experience, education, and working experience as prescribed by the Association. (b)
Deputy Chief Commissioner, Assistant Chief Commissioner, Deputy Branch Commissioners and Assistant Branch Commissioners
Age Limits - Minimum: Thirty years Maximum: On reaching the sixty-fifth birthday Qualifications – The Deputy Chief Commissioner, Assistant Chief Commissioner, Deputy Branch Commissioner and Assistant Branch Commissioner shall be a Wood Badge holder, and shall possess other qualifications in respect of Scouting experience, education, and working experience as prescribed by the Association. (c)
Headquarters Commissioner and Assistant Headquarters Commissioner
Age Limits - Minimum: Twenty-five years Maximum: On reaching the sixty-fifth birthday Qualifications – The Headquarters Commissioner and Assistant Headquarters Commissioner shall be a Wood Badge holder, and shall possess other qualifications in respect of Scouting experience, education, and working experience as prescribed by the Association. |

The age limits for appointment of Trainer are:
Minimum: Twenty-five years Maximum: On reaching the sixty-fifth birthday unless extended by the Chief Commissioner (b)
The age limits for appointment of Assistant Leader Trainer are:
Minimum: Thirty years Maximum: On reaching the sixty-fifth birthday unless extended by the Chief Commissioner (c)
The age limits for appointment of Leader Trainer are:
Minimum: Thirty-five years Maximum: On reaching the sixty-fifth birthday unless extended by the Chief Commissioner |
