Rule 6 - General
| Rule 6.13 | Construction of POR in both Languages |
| Rule 6.13.1 | The English language text and the Chinese language text of this POR shall be equally authentic, and the POR shall be construed accordingly. |
| Rule 6.13.2 | The provisions of this POR are presumed to have the same meaning in each authentic text. |
| Rule 6.13.3 | Where a comparison of the authentic texts of the POR discloses a difference of meaning which cannot be resolved, the matter shall be referred to the Executive Committee for interpretation and amendment if necessary. |
