Rule 6 - General
| Rule 6.5 | Communication Members of the Association shall not communicate with any Government or Head of States, Government Department, Embassy, Consulate or Legation locally or abroad, to any overseas Scout Association or to the World Scout Bureau, Committee or Conference on matters related to Scouting or as representatives of the Association except with the approval of the Chief Commissioner. |
