(a)The Chief Commissioner's Council advises and assists the Chief Commissioner in the execution and performance of his duties. The Chief Commissioner's Council shall be chaired by the Chief Commissioner and consisted of the following Members: (i) Deputy Chief Commissioners (ii) Assistant Chief Commissioners (iii) The Chief Scout Executive (b) The Chief Commissioner may invite other Commissioners or Lay members to attend meetings of the Chief Commissioner's Council |
