Rule 4 - The Scout Region

Regional Establishment (a) The establishment of a Region is recommended by the responsible Deputy Chief Commissioner and approved by the Chief Commissioner. Upon approval, the Association Headquarters will issue a Certificate of Establishment to the prospective Regional Commissioner. (b) Any changes in the establishment, including amalgamation of Regions and changes in Regional boundaries, are matters of the Association Headquarters. |
