The roles of the Training Branch are to formulate and execute training policies, to organize training courses and activities for adult leaders, as well as to coordinate all matters in relation to Leader Training.

Led by the Assistant Chief Commissioner (Training), the Hong Kong Training Team comprises of over two hundreds of Leader Trainers, Assistant Leader Trainers and Trainers. It is responsible for the planning, organizing, and executing of all matters related to Leader Training. To ensure efficient and effective running of training courses and activities, Training Team members are assigned to work in the Regional sub-teams led by the Regional Training Commissioners.
Training Branch also operates a Supplies Centre. The Supplies Centre provides resources to all branches and Regions for the organization of events. Details are as follows:
