Rule 5The Association Headquarters
Rule 5.19 Hong Kong Scout Foundation Management Committee

Rule 5.19.1 The Management Committee of the Hong Kong Scout Foundation shall be responsible for the management of surplus fund generated from the Hong Kong Scout Centre and from other investment managed by the Committee and shall manage any other funds assigned by the Executive Committee including the allocation of funds for investment activities for the sole benefit and use of the Association.
Rule 5.19.2 The Hong Kong Scout Foundation Management Committee shall consist of the following members:-
(a) Ex Officio Members
    (i) The Chief Commissioner
    (ii) The Chairman of the Executive Committee
    (iii) The Treasurer
    (iv) The Chairman of Finance Committee
    (v) The Chief Scout Executive
(b) Elected Members:
Elected Members shall be elected by the Executive Committee for a term of one year who shall be eligible for re-election upon expiry of the term consisting of:
    (i) The Chairman
    (ii) The Vice-Chairman
    (iii) Up to six other appointed members who need not be members of the Scout Council
