The Estate Branch is responsible for the development, management, repair and maintenance etc of Association properties including Hong Kong Scout Centre, Campsites and Activity Centres, Friends of Scouting Service Units, Regional and District Headquarters. With the support of the Estate Committee and its Development & Project Sub-Committee, House Management Sub-Committee and Repairs and Maintenance Sub-Committee, the major functions of the Estate Branch are as follows:
- Manage, repair and maintain the building facilities of the Scout Headquarters;
- Take care of Scout Headquarters'improvement works;
- Promote function rooms and facilities of 9-11/F Hong Kong Scout Centre;
- Co-ordinate development and improvement projects for Campsites, Activity Centres and other Scout premises; and
- Assist development of new Scout premises
