Chief Commissioner's High Commendation, Chief Commissioner's Whistle and Chief Commissioner's Thanks Badge
Chief Commissioner's High Commendation is awarded to Commissioners with outstanding service to the Scout Movement. Chief Commissioner's Whistle is awarded to uniformed adult members of the Association in recognition of the most distinguished service rendered to the Association in specific project or task. Chief Commissioner's Thanks Badge is awarded to Administrators in recognition of exceptionally devoted service to the Association.
