Hong Kong Scout Rally 2009 was held on 8 November 2009 at the Hong Kong Stadium. The Honourable Mr Justice Geoffrey MA, President of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, the Chief Judge of the High Court, presented the trophies of Association-wide competitions, certificates and awards of merits to awarded Scout members.
