How can I renew my Scout Membership Card when it expires ? |

You should send a completed application form (for Scouter/Commissioner / for Administrator) together with a recent photo and a crossed cheque to Administration Branch at Room 1012, 10/F, Hong Kong Scout Centre, Scout Path, Austin Road, Kowloon. Please mark "Application for Scout Membership Card" on the envelope. |

My current post stated on my Scout Membership Card is "Assistant Headquarters Commissioner of Training Branch", but my post will soon be changed to "Headquarters Commissioner of Training Branch". Should I re-apply for a new one? |

Yes. Whenever there is a change of rank/post, expiration, damage or loss of the membership card, the card holder must re-apply with an application fee of HK$40. |
