Development & Adult Resources Branch Main Duties

1. To formulate and implement plans/projects to nurture the retention and  
     recruitment of youth members as well as leaders; 
2. To study, formulate and review policies on the development of Adult Resources;
3. To further develop the Association's community network to support the development of Scouting;
4. To support and assist recruitment activities for youth members as well as leaders;
5. To plan and implement projects to facilitate the development of Scout Performing Arts Units;
6. To coordinate and organise performing and training activities for Scout Performing Arts Units;
7. To explore and introduce appropriate activities in Performing Arts to foster the aesthetic development
     of youth members.
