In 1896, when Lord Baden-Powell was in the military service in Rhodesia (now Zambia and Zimbabwe) he made many successful excursions into the hills. His field crafts, tracking and scouting skills, especially at nights, earned him the "IMPEESA" which means "The Wolf that Never Sleep".
All Good Scouts are alert, sober, vigilant and "Be Prepared". Hence the Chinese name for this Bar which sounds akin to "IMPEESA"means "not for drunkenness".
