Eligibility for Membership

Adult members of Scout Association of Hong Kong or the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association who satisfy the following conditions are eligible to join the Commissioners' Club: Membership Category Eligibility Full Member: A Warranted Scout Leader or Commissioner. A member of AHQ/Regional/Scout Council or Executive Committee, or Office Bearer of a District Scout Council of Scout Association of Hong Kong An Assistant Scout Executive of Scout Association of Hong Kong and above. A Wood Badge holder. Associate Member: Holder of a Provisional Leader Warrant. Member of a District Scout Council. A retired employee of Scout Association of Hong Kong who held the rank of Assistant Scout Executive or higher on retirement. A member of the Baden-Powell Scout Club of Hong Kong. Commissioners or Executive Staff of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association. A member of Group Council. Full time employed staff of Scout Association of Hong Kong and its subsidiaries. Life Member: Adult members of Scout Association of Hong Kong nominated by the Executive Committee of the Commissioners' Club. Honorary Member: A prominent community leader or a respectful adult member of Scout Association of Hong Kong nominated by the Executive Committee of the Commissioners' Club. MEMBERSHIP SUPPLEMENTARY CARD/ MEMBERSHIP VISA SUPPLEMENTARY CREDIT CARD Founder Members, Life Members, Honorary Members and Full Members may apply for Membership Supplementary Card and or Membership Visa Supplementary Credit Card for their parents and adult family members. (please produce documentary proof of relationship).
